Cancellation policy:
Should you wish to cancel or rearrange an appointment for whatever reason, there will be no charges applied as long as the practice is given more than 24hrs notice.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or no notice will incur a cancellation charge.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Consultations:
£20 will be reserved from your desired payment method, should you not attend your appointment, this will be deducted from your account. This includes free consultations. If payment can not be debited from your account automatically, this will be added as a debt to your account. Should you need to rebook your appointment charges may apply.
Treatment and Surgery: £1/minute for appointments over 1 hour (so for example an appointment of 1 hour 20 minutes incurs an £80 cancellation charge)
The charges applied will be deducted from the fees collected to secure the appointment. If no fee has been paid to secure the appointment the cancellation charge will be placed as a debt on the account.
In certain situations, such as where equipment has been ordered in especially for the treatment or extra provisions have been made for an appointment, cancellation charges may be higher to account for these costs.
If your appointment is not confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to cancel it automatically. You will receive a notification in such an event.
To remake the appointment, we will need the deposit or appointment balance to be repaid.
Repeated short notice cancellations will result in being removed as a patient of the practice.
