We would like to thank you for choosing Vitruvian Dental Studio as the provider for your dental care.
To help the smooth running of the practice, to allow good access for our patients and ultimately to help reduce the cost of treatment we kindly ask our patients to:
Arrive in good time for your appointment. We are happy to provide you with tea, coffee or water should you have a short wait before going into our treatment room.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and your treatment may have to be rescheduled with a further charge.
Please bring along a list of any prescription medications, this is necessary for a dentist to see before carrying out any treatment.
Please return all consent forms you have been given prior to any treatment is undertaken.
Payment Policy

Consultation appointments are payable in advance.
In order to prevent treatment being provided and no payment received we do also require full payment in advance of any appointment at the time of booking.
This can be paid with credit/ debit cards or cash. We do not accept cheques.
If there is a remaining balance this will be taken before the consultation or treatment and we will contact you to receive this or take payment before you enter the surgery. We will be unable to carry out treatment without full payment.
As a studio we like to keep in-touch with all our patients, occasionally we may offer a new service or product. This is purely for your benefit and we may reach out to you over email or sms. Signing this form indicates you are happy for this.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel or rearrange an appointment for whatever reason, there will be no charges applied as long as the practice is given 24hrs notice.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or no notice will incur a cancellation charge. Cancellation charges are Β£1/minute for appointments over 1 hour (so for example an appointment of 1 hour 20 minutes incurs an Β£80 cancellation charge).
The charges applied will be deducted from the fees collected to secure the appointment. If no fee has been paid to secure the appointment the cancellation charge will be placed as a debt on the account.
In certain situations such as where equipment has been ordered in especially for the treatment or extra provisions have been made for an appointment, cancellation charges may be higher to account for these costs.
To remake the appointment, we will need the deposit or appointment balance to be repaid.
Repeated short notice cancellations will result in being removed as a patient of the practice.
