Highlights from our CQC inspection

The report describes risk-management and infection-control systems, capable staff, evidence-based care and leadership focused on improvement. Inspectors noted respectful treatment and access to care.

A welcoming, personal experience

Inspectors observed kind, considerate interactions with patients, both face to face and over the phone. Feedback described a friendly, attentive team who respected patients as individuals and took account of their personal and cultural needs.

Listening to our patients

CQC highlighted the patient experience manager’s follow-up with patients about their care and treatment. In the September 2026 feedback report reviewed by inspectors, all 19 patients contacted said they would recommend the service to others. Patients were asked what had gone well and where their experience could be improved.

Time to understand your treatment

Patients described appointments that did not feel rushed, clear explanations of treatment options and costs, and involvement in decisions about their care. Feedback also highlighted cleanliness, timely appointments and practical support for looking after their oral health.

The inspected service provides private dentistry for adults and children. The report notes step-free access, ground-floor treatment rooms, an accessible toilet and on-site parking with disabled spaces.
